Who Am I

I am a native Jersey-girl who relocated to San Diego more than 10 years ago. I spent much of my career in the corporate world and understand the ongoing demands of attaining success and the challenge of trying to balance having it all. Now I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist.

I have a B.A. in Public Health from Rutgers University, an M.A. in Corporate and Organizational Communication from Fairleigh Dickinson University, MBA from Excelsior College, MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant University and am currently enrolled as a PsyD student in Couple and Family Therapist at Alliant University.

I am deeply passionate about working with couples and high-achieving individuals who are balancing success with personal well-being. I understand the unique pressures and expectations that come with high performance, and I am committed to providing the support and guidance needed to thrive. With empathy, expertise, and a touch of boldness, I am here to guide you on your journey to empowerment and well-being.

Therapeutic Approaches

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT): Enhancing emotional bonds and resolving conflicts in relationships.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR): Addressing past traumas and current anxieties to promote healing.
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT): Focusing on strengths and solutions to create positive change efficiently.
