My Approach

As a therapist and a proud Jersey girl, I bring a unique blend of compassion, realness, and directness to guide you through life's challenges. My approach to therapy combines evidence-based practices with genuine empathy, unapologetic empowerment, and a down-to-earth demeanor, making the therapeutic process both impactful and accessible.

I understand that it’s not always easy to take the first step and that asking for help can be difficult. Being vulnerable can be scary. That’s why I strive to offer—a safe, refreshingly honest, and non-judgmental environment where you can spill the tea on your innermost thoughts and feel truly heard, understood, and uplifted.

I have a particular passion for working with couples and blended family dynamic. I focus on enhancing communication, rebuilding trust, and fostering a deeper connection, in couples therapy. I create a space where both partners feel heard, valued, and occasionally teased (just a little), we can work together to overcome conflicts and build a more resilient and fulfilling relationship. I believe that everyone deserves to have healthy and fulfilling relationships with others, especially with yourself. I also have a passion for helping high-achieving individuals balance success with everyday life. I thrive in helping others navigate life transitions where you are encouraged to embrace your uniqueness, challenge norms, and unleash your full potential.
